There will NOT be a Striders hike this week. I am still recovering from whatever type of flu that is going around and Vince is on vacation. See you all next week.

We’ll get out of our cold snap just in time for tomorrow’s hike. Hopefully we’ll find some icebergs floating down the Whitewater River. From the Bad Creek trailhead off of SC130 we hike the Foothills Connector trail to the Foothills trail.  We hike the Foothills trail past Corbin Creek Falls to the bridge over the Whitewater River for lunch.  We retrace our steps back to our cars.  Then we stop at Whitewater Falls for the view on our way home.
