Well, it’s been a wild week weather wise.  After doing some research on road conditions on HWY 215 I have decided to do a local hike from the Ranger Station for this week just to get out and get some exercise.  The trail may have packed snow or ice in places so consider wearing snow/ice spikes on your hiking shoes.  If you can get out, let’s meet at the Pisgah Ranger station at 9 am so we can start the hike around 9:15.  We should be able to complete the hike before any precipitation comes in.  Please RSVP if you intend to join us.
