Fellow Friday Hoofers, Spring is the start of wildflower season, so if you have a favorite hike you would like to lead for the 2nd quarter in 2026, you can do so by:

Sending a description of your hike with distance and elevation gain (if known), criteria for Hoofer hikes is posted on the website.

Providing your contact information, email and / or phone number. This will be posted to the weekly update so hikers can contact you, if interested in attending your hike.

Selecting a Friday Hoofer date for your hike. The 1st quarter 2026 dates are April 3, 10, 17, 24; May 1, 8, 22, 29; June 5, 12, 19, 26.

Email the information to victor.zona@sbcglobal.net

I will put your hike information together and incorporate it into the 2nd quarter 2026 schedule, which will be posted in late March.
