This short hike is one of my fall favorites.  From the upper Bennett Gap trailhead on Avery Creek Road, we hike past “Rattlesnake Rock” to Saddle Gap. We return to the Looking Glass overlook on the Bennett Gap trail for lunch. Then we retrace our steps back to our cars.
